Flying Start for Eastbourne in Sussex Chess League

After almost a third of the match season, our club has got off to a flying start in the 2023 Sussex Chess League.

Currently, Eastbourne teams are topping the table in all three divisions. In Division 1, Eastbourne 1 is currently in second place behind Horsham 1, with two wins out of three games:

Our 4th team doing the same in Division 3, with three wins and one draw:

It really has been a great start to the season for Eastbourne Cless Club. We are hopeful that it will
continue to the end, despite some tough matches to come. Well done to all the players so far for their stirring efforts.
